Questa la lettera che Juan mi ha suggerito di scrivere all'Università...qui ancora non sanno quanto io possa essere un rompiballe...sino a quando non ho ottenuto quel che voglio.

Dear omissis,
My family host recomended a visit to the doctor to check my itching bites. The visit took place this morning, and physically it seems all ok at the moment. I have had a prescription for an anti-inflammatory cream. However, I have problems to sleep as I did before the appearance of the bed bugs.
Concerning my stuff, today I have completely removed from the apartment all my personal belongings but, as you suggested, I have left quite all my clothes inside.
At your earliest convenience, could you please confirm whether the landlord is going to cover the expenses connected with the sanitization of my clothes and any other inconveniences suffered? The doctor told me it could be necessary to avoid new problems and spread the bed bugs to the homes of other people.
Finally, I would be very thankful if you could let me posted about the date in which I could move back to the apartment.
I am sorry to bother you again with these questions, but you can imagine how this situation is emotionally distressing, having caused also an alteration of my working plan.
